1. Introduction

Stack Performance Tracker ("Stack", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our mobile application and website (getstackapp.com).

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely and encrypted).

 Health and fitness data: Stack is designed to help you log and track your own data. This includes workout logs, nutrition entries, body measurements, recovery data, bloodwork values, supplement and compound logs, and progress photos. This data is entered voluntarily by you and stored securely in your personal account. 

Usage data: We may collect anonymised information about how you use the app (screens visited, features used) to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. 

Device information: We may collect basic device information (device type, operating system version) for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

 3. How We Use Your Information

•       To provide and maintain the Stack app and its features

•       To sync your data securely across your devices

•       To generate personalised AI coaching recommendations based on your logged data

•       To send you service-related communications (account updates, subscription notices)

•       To improve and develop new features based on anonymised usage patterns

•       To comply with legal obligations. 

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Row Level Security to ensure your data is only accessible to you. 

5. Health Data

Stack collects health and fitness-related information that you voluntarily enter. We treat this data with the highest level of care. We do not sell, share, or use your health data for advertising purposes. Your health data is only used to power your personal Stack experience. 

6. Third-Party Services

Stack uses the following third-party services to operate:

•       Supabase — secure data storage and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)

•       RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)

•       Anthropic Claude API — AI coaching features (anthropic.com/privacy)

•       Open Food Facts — food nutrition database (world.openfoodfacts.org/privacy)

•       USDA FoodData Central — food nutrition database (fdc.nal.usda.gov) 

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@stackperformanceapp.com. 

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@stackperformanceapp.com. We will respond within 30 days. 

9. Children's Privacy

Stack is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If we become aware that we have collected data from a user under 17, we will delete it immediately. 

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Stack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
